Henry Chia Jing Herng is a cybersecurity professional based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a relentless drive to stay ahead of the threat landscape. His journey into offensive security started at Asia Pacific University, where he graduated with First Class Honours (CGPA 3.8) in BSc Cyber Security and was awarded Best Project for his blockchain-based Charity Authentication System.

He quickly made his mark at LGMS Berhad, one of Malaysia's leading cybersecurity firms, rising from Cyber Security Engineer to Senior Cyber Security Engineer in under two years — conducting advanced penetration tests across telecommunications, agriculture, finance and banking sectors for global clients while mentoring junior engineers.

Today he serves as an Associate Consultant at SISA Information Security, delivering end-to-end security assessments including PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance work for airlines and franchise businesses.

Outside the terminal, Henry is a Taekwondo practitioner, badminton and table tennis player, and a passionate believer in community — having served as Vice President of APU's Taekwondo Club and led fundraising campaigns raising thousands for charity.
